Commanding breathtaking views Casa Ambiente lies in the heart of Le Marche, between the mountains and the sea, surrounded by olive trees, grapevines and sunflowers. It is a large traditional country house, recently renovated using local tradesmen and materials. It is 3500  sq.ft. . in total with a ground floor salon for cooking, eating, and relaxing of 1000 sq.ft. so plenty of room for a large party.

Bedrooms

• 5 large double bedrooms (twin beds) with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with lights, cane chair and A.C.
• 1 extra room with comfortable double sofabed (bedroom 6).
• 2 cots.
• All bed linen is pure white cotton, towels are provided for the bathroom and pool.
• Bathrobe provided, and shampoo, soap,baby wipes, tissues, cotton wool etc.
• There are 4.5 and 9.0 tog duvets from G.B for the cooler months.
• All beds have V cushions for comfy reading.
• One bedroom and bathroom is downstairs with French doors onto a terrace and the garden. Suitable for wheelchairs.
•

• 1 bathroom with  bath, walk in shower, w.c., double basins set in marble,cabinets,2 x heated towel rails.
• 1 bathroom with walk in shower, W.C., double basins set in marble, cabinets, 2 x heated towel rails.

The Snooker Room

• Snooker Room with full sized table upstairs.
• This room is central in the house and separates  the two pairs of bedrooms and bathrooms.

• The Office is downstairs and has a phone-fax, printer, and P.C. with internet access.
• The Utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board.

The Salon.

• Dining Area, seating 12.
• 1 sofa, 4 arm chairs.
• 4 leather bucket chairs, table, T.V.with videos and DVDs\various Games .

The Kitchen

• Large Kitchen, fully equipped.
• 90cm range cooker.

• N.B.Dried food, tins , tea, coffee, pasta etc. are  left in the cupboards for you to use, but please replace when empty.

The Garden...la bella vista

From the Salon there are large French Doors onto the terrace which is shaded by a flower clad pergola, and roofed area for the hottest sun. Here is the outside eating area, with views across the garden reaching to the mountains. It is surrounded by Lavender and pots of Geraniums, a really peaceful and beautiful place to be.

There are 10 olives trees which we harvest for our own oil.

Mulberry trees (Italian silk was famous and the silk worms lived on these trees)

Cypress trees (well you have to, don’t you!)

Roses, orleander,rosemary,sage,thyme,basil,fennel,parsley,bay.

Facilities

There is a portable charcoal BBQ provided.

The solar heated pool is 40 x 20 foot and is fenced off within the garden for safety.

There is wood decking around it, umbrellas, sunloungers and the VIEW again.

The garden is surrounded by a fence making it completly safe for children. You can relax by the pool and watch them play.

There is a covered play area for small children, with sand pit, paddling pool and toys, which we plan to extend and improve.
