Terms and Conditions

The villa has been completely refurbished; everything is new so please take care of our baby.

The £500 booking fee is to secure your chosen weeks, security against damages/breakages and the cost of services/utilities. Please read on.

If you have to cancel, the booking fee is returnable in full if you give at least 4 weeks notice; a confirmation of dates and receipt will be sent to you.

To avoid misunderstandings and for your own piece of mind, please nominate a member of your party to report any discrepancies by the second day.

Services/Utilities are dealt with differently in Italy but with good reason. Water and solid fuel for the wood burning stove are included. The use of gas and electricity, beyond the weekly allowance of 50 Euro, is extra according to what you have used. Full blast AC or central heating can be expensive. The office has telephone/fax/answering machine. A printer connected to a laptop with dial-up internet access; line costs over 10Euro pw are chargeable after your holiday as Telecom Italia take 6-8 weeks to bill us. Following our inventory/meter readings on your departure, we will send you the balance of your £500 booking fee.

Full payment for the holiday is due 4 weeks prior to your stay. An invoice/receipt will be forwarded.

Please ensure that you have your travel/holiday insurance and a European Health Insurance Card (previously form E111).
